Some projects go quickly and some go slow. Back on the board again is the possible conversion and restoration of a large commercial building in Balmain with a listing as a Heritage Item. What to do with a wonderful pile of sandstone with a lot of history? Negotiations are ongoing with Council..... as always. Council are keen to have a grand street verandah reinstated so to are we.
